Shipping Policy
Using our standard shipping and expedited shipping option, packages will be delivered using the United States Postal Service (USPS). With this option, you may be required to sign for your package to receive the item for your confirmation and security. Shipping fees vary based on the size and delivery destination of your order. Shipping and service fees are available to view upon checkout. We do not (at this time) offer international shipping.
Each of our products are quality checked before shipment. Processing of our products may take up to 1-2 business days. With higher demand during the peak season shipping may take extra time. Please allow 1-2 extra days when calculating shipping throughout the holiday season.
Return & Exchange Policy
Tuxedo Minx is a 100% invested in making you happy with each purchase. Each of our products go through thorough inspection by our quality specialist to ensure you receive a product that is in perfect condition upon arrival to your destination. Even with every effort made to ensure your product arrives as stated, mistakes can happen. If you discover a fault with your purchased item(s) upon arrival, please take pictures of the defect and contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.
Should you wish to proceed with return of your items(s), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable) via email with the reason of return. Certain accessories will not be refundable and will be stated in the product description.
*Please note that all customized orders are subject to a 50% processing fee on the refund amount for reasons other than Tuxedo Minx error.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
